Frequently Asked Questions
We organize both international and domestic cargo transportation of any volume and type. This includes standard pallet shipments, partial and groupage loads, as well as specialized transportation for:
- temperature-sensitive goods
- hazardous materials (ADR)
- oversized equipment
Our managers select the optimal route and vehicle according to the cargo characteristics to ensure fast and safe delivery.
We assist with preparing all required customs and transportation documents: export and import declarations, waybills, certificates of origin, EUR.1.
For food cargo, phytosanitary certificates are required; for goods of animal origin — veterinary certificates, as well as invoices and packing lists.
For transportation within Europe, a CMR waybill is usually sufficient, which significantly simplifies the process and reduces processing time.
We select carriers that have CMR insurance, which guarantees protection of cargo against damage, loss or delay during transportation.
In addition, we have freight forwarder liability insurance that covers risks related to the organization of transportation and cargo support. This provides our clients with peace of mind and reliability when planning delivery.
Yes, we provide constant support for clients and carriers at all stages of transportation. Our managers track the cargo, coordinate drivers and customs procedures, and you receive up-to-date information about the location and status of delivery.
This allows us to:
- respond quickly to any changes
- guarantee uninterrupted delivery
- reduce the risks of downtime and misunderstandings for carriers
- ensure efficient and safe operations
We work only with experienced carriers and brokers who know all customs clearance rules and procedures.
Before dispatch, we verify the correctness of documents and certificates, and select the optimal route to avoid congested border crossings.
Our managers coordinate customs processes during delivery and respond promptly to unforeseen situations.
For carriers, this means: less downtime, faster border crossing and efficient use of time and transport resources, which increases revenue and operational reliability.
Speed depends on the accuracy of documents, the type of cargo and the experience of the manager.
Shipments with a complete set of documents, a clear description and certificates pass customs faster.
Speed is also affected by the cargo category:
- perishable goods
- high-value cargo
- ADR cargo (hazardous materials)
Groupage or non-standard cargo may require additional inspections.
Perishable goods are products that quickly lose quality when stored or transported improperly.
They include:
- food products (meat, dairy, fruits, vegetables)
- medicines
- flowers
- certain chemical substances
They require controlled temperature, humidity and fast delivery — otherwise there is a risk of spoilage and financial losses.
Incoterms are international rules that define who is responsible for delivery, customs clearance, risks and costs at each stage of transportation.
Knowing Incoterms allows you to:
- avoid misunderstandings between the sender, carrier and recipient
- clearly distribute responsibilities and costs
- reduce delays and additional payments
- ensure transparent cooperation
ECMT is a permit system for international road freight transportation between member countries.
It allows carriers to legally plan routes, avoid fines and simplifies customs and administrative procedures.
For Ukrainian carriers, this also means the ability to carry out freight transportation between European countries without restrictions.
Cabotage transport is the transportation of goods within a single foreign country by a foreign carrier.
For example, if a Ukrainian company transports cargo between two cities in Germany, this is considered cabotage.
Such transportation is regulated by the laws of the country and requires special permits. Compliance with cabotage rules ensures the legality of the carrier's operations and reliable delivery for clients.
Sometimes clients or carriers consider a freight forwarder an unnecessary middleman, but in reality they provide:
- cargo control and security
- document management
- accountability for the result
Not every client can independently find and arrange the right transport at the right time and place. Not every carrier can provide the required number of vehicles and coordinate them effectively.
A freight forwarder coordinates these processes, optimizes routes, reduces the risk of downtime and guarantees timely delivery — which is beneficial for both clients and carriers.
Every product we see, eat or wear is made somewhere in the world and delivered to our hands.
Logistics is a system that connects producers, exporters, importers, sellers and buyers, ensuring the movement of goods between countries, cities and warehouses.
The modern world cannot be imagined without international trade, where every stage of transportation, customs clearance and storage requires precision and coordination. Our managers oversee this process, ensuring control, safety, timely delivery and transparency at every stage.
Thanks to logistics:
- businesses operate globally
- customers receive goods on time and in the right condition
- carriers use their resources efficiently
- countries and companies become interconnected, making international trade fast and reliable
In other words, logistics is the invisible force that keeps the world in motion, connecting people, companies and countries, making the modern economy possible.
